If I could give Sheena (owner and awesome massage therapist of Perfect Touch) 6 ⭐️s , I would!! For background, I’m an ultra-marathon runner and often end up with tight-everything … hams, calves, lower-back, shoulders, you name it, from tons of training and mileage. Over the years (decades!) of working out, I have found only a handful of therapists who can perform precision “deep tissue” massage and unravel all the knots and smoothen the kinks throughout the body. Guess what, Sheena is one of those few gifted therapists I’ve encountered who are highly skilled and love what they do! You absolutely can’t go wrong with Sheena. In addition to her specialized techniques, Sheena has such a wonderfully positive energy about her too. I cannot recommend Sheena and Perfect Touch enough — it turns out to be a very appropriate name! Lol !
